Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping

We process orders promptly in an effort to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 business hours. An order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be processed the following business day.
  • Depending on the shipping option you selected you may need to allow 4-12 working days for delivery. Details about shipping options.
  • If Red Plate Store is unable to ship your order within 24 business hours we will contact you. At that time we may either cancel the unshipped part of your order or keep it open as a backorder. At any time prior to an item shipping you may cancel all or part of an order.

Expedited Shipping

Express shipping is available for second day or overnight deliveries, orders must be placed by 10:00AM Eastern Time.  When calculating the arrival time for 2nd Day Air, the day that the package ships is not included in the transit time.  Thus, a package shipped on Monday will arrive Wednesday.  Please note, UPS 2nd Day Air does not  deliver on Saturday.

Special Situations

There are certain circumstances which can cause your order to be delayed in processing or delivery. When this happens our customer service representatives will be in contact with you by phone and/or email to work out the best possible solution to meet your needs.

International Shipping

When you enter the shipping address, eligible shipping methods will be displayed for countries where we ship internationally. Currently that list includes:

Australia Germany Singapore
Canada Ireland Spain
France New Zealand United Kingdom

Duties and Taxes

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Terms of sale for international shipments are F.O.B Origin, freight prepaid. This means Red Plate Store is responsible for payment of the freight charges to the carrier and the buyer (customer) Owns the goods in transit, is responsible for duties and taxes and for filing claims (if needed).
